The Weekend Story...

Last weekend was one busy weekend for me. Let me story menory u..hehe

FRIDAY
(31st October 2008)

It was sweet Reem's birthday and we went to celebrate at Marketplace somewhere in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng. Nice place with beautiful, clear view of the twin towers. The restaurant specializes in Meditarrean food and while Shasha and i checked what to order, it was actually hard to think of what to eat as the menu has so many food to choose from! As both of us were not that hungry, we ordered something simple to share. I forgot what it was called. But the dish has salmon, scallop, funny looking timun, chickpea salad, lamb cutlet and steak. hehe...

Reem was gorgeous in her blue sexy dress. Many turned up and it was a nice place but abit too noisy as downstairs there was another party going on as Halloween was also on the same day. So...u can imagine the loud disco noise and ppl loudly murmuring, or should i say trying to yell nicely to each other. hekhek..

Eventhough we were upstairs, but we were also trying to speak out loud just to have a decent conversation. hahaa...well, as i was sitting next to Ayu, so i dont mind being loud or silly with her. =P

My watermelon and butterfly gift

It was 3pm and I was invited to a tea-party at Nurita Harith's boutique to check her clothing designs. I saw Pu3 owners there too. But as i was alone, i was shy to approched to even say hi. hehee...so i went around alone to recce the shop. A girl was kind enough to walk and show me around the little exquisite black shop. I was interested in one of the smart, grey jacket..very smart but the sleeves were abit too small for me. If it fits, i would definitely get that piece. haih...There was other designers too and more to simple overalls to formal dresses. To sum it up, i can say Nurita's designs are a mix of goth and sexily sweet with darkish colours for the one who dares to be different. After walking around, next i quickly moved on to Delicious for the main party...Azrina's babyshower!!!

It was at 4.15pm sharp i was there and as i have guessed it, the girls weren't even there yet. But i met Liyana, a friend of Azrina and we chatted and get to know each other before the rest came. She introduced me to Chocolicious Sundae, which was to die for!!! I forgot to take pic of it becoz i was too lost for words and mind when i scooped it straight to my mouth..cold vanilla ice-cream mixed with chocolate drizzles, crushed pavlova, diced strawberries and more chocolate liquid at the bottom of the tall glass...erghhhh...i will definitely order that again... !!!! ASK ME FOR A DATE TO DELICIOUS AND I PROMISE I BE GOOD.... *....*

About 1/2 an hour later the rest of the girls turned up...at last...and party started. I realized there were 6 out of 11 girls who were pregnant and it was very cute. 6 going to be mummies. I actually felt quite shy sitting in between these pregnant young ladies. heheh..tummy bulging and i just cant resist to stroke softly. hehe..i wonder how i would look like with a huge belly on me?!!

(2nd November 2008)

This day was the happiest as i get to really spent time with my whole family. After breakfast, papa went for a meeting and left early. My brother and his friends stayed with us and we planned a little trip to OU....we played bowling! yay yay!!

As pictures speak a thousand words..hahah...well, just tengok pics je lah...hehehe...
