The Saturday I longed for...FINALLY!

It was a great Saturday spent with my family and cousin after so many years of not hanging out just to chill and walk around. =)

THE CURVE, E-CURVE & IKANO

Usually, our weekends always start with a hearty brunch follow up with each of our own plans; 1 would go for reading, 1 would go to meet friends and others might do some grocery shopping. Today, we actually spent the whole day together, started off with our brunch at Little Penang Cafe. It's been awhile since i last posted my food photos. Yums...i'm back with some!!!

I forgot to snap mama's homecooked fried rice as i was busy concentrating on my noodles. hehe...Later after that we bought movie tix to watch "Life As We Know It" starring Katherine Heigl and hottie, Josh Duhamel!! Great comedy! I had my fair share of laughing all out and a teeny weeny mixed emotions going on back then. Do watch it...great releasing the "feel-good neurochemicals" (quoted from 11 Little Instant Helath Boosts article, 2010) from the body when we are happy. Read it earlier from Yahoo! *wink...

But just before the movie after brunch, i met up with my cousin, Chelle to run some errands and catch up with each other for a couple of hours. We ate (again...) at Sakae Sushi and talked. Spent time together for a manicure at Ikano and talked somemore...then lastly, bought some goodies from Cold Storage and we parted as Chelle needed to get ready for her Halloween Party with some friends while i headed back to my family at E-Curve for that movie!!!

Chelle chose to have her nails shaped, cleaned, buffed and painted in Black polish while i chose to have mine shaped, cleaned, buffed and shine! My nails are now super shaped and shiny even without the colour polish, eventhough the many choices of colours on the counter were tempting, especially that jade green and nude ones.

Now, back home, together with papa we are watching Arsenal vs West Ham game. hehe..knowing papa is an Arsenal fan himself, i wish Walcott could score earlier so i can see my father shout his victory for his fave team. hehe...

A friend sent me that quote this morning and it made me realize life is short and we should appreciate things we do in our everyday life. My father said the same thing to me too, all the time. Don't worry about things much but enjoy life. Look forward to a new day & give your all in everything you do at work, at home, outdoors, indoors, with friends, family, love ones. in activities, prayers, wherever you are & whatever you do..always smile and keep that frown away...just like my friend said, FROWN VS SMILE! =D

A night of mocha latte...

After drinking a glass of mocha latte, my eyes became larger, wider and my mind turned active...for awhile. One thing about consuming caffeine, i will be sleepless and wide awake for sometime like now. So, here i am, typing while watching Curious Case of Benjamin Button on HBO.

But my mind was also thinking about other things; work place, events, people, friends, family, trip, future, myself...multiple thoughts. Wishing if things can be just so easy. I would love to just go with the flow but sometimes, life just takes me to another route.

One question came to mind, "What do i want in life?"...Honestly, i don't know what and how to answer it. Most of the time, generally, i would say 'Happiness'...but is it enough? Would that make me happy? How about life as a whole? These questions made me think of him. Surprisingly a nice, funny and cool person i've met. Unbelievably cool fella. *sigh...i wish life can be simpler. If only i could just go with the flow.

That was a night of mocha latte, which i drank only 80% without finishing it. haha...never a coffee fan but once awhile, why not ehh? =)

BASE Jump finally ended!

Yeap, KL Tower International Jump Malaysia 2010 has ended & i'm missing the crazy jumpers already. Haih...looking forward to next year's event, if i'm still with KL Tower that is. (Hopefully the management will pick Suhaili & i again to be the liaisons!!!).

Once i get hold of the pictures from the photographer, i'll post them up immediately! Do stay tune fellas!!
