Hawker manner...

This time...let's check out the hawker food, shall we? ;)

AH HONG, SS2, PJ

The introduction to Ah Hong, situated in SS2, PJ, came about when i was texting a friend, Arif from TTDI, who randomly asked me..."Hey, have you been to Ah Hong in SS2?"...That immediately triggered my head like "Nope, is it a restaurant? A dessert place?"...He mentioned it's a restaurant serving seafood dishes among others & that made me excited!

And so we set the date & time & that day came today!!! That's when i met Arif's other half, Melissa, who joined us for dinner.

Upon arrival, when i saw the zink roof tops & open air space, that quietly made me thought of lala..lala..lala..lala..YUM! haha...

I noticed the area has a mix of Malay & Chinese stalls, which is situated just by the roadside with fluorescent lights hanging on the stall banners. Menus can also be seen offering each stall's signature dishes.

Ah Hong's stall is located at the corner & their specialty is seafood.

Since i had an early dinner at home, so the 'ratah' lala session worked for me. hehe...seafood supper? It was simply spicy-licious & that taste of the udang lipan was also yummy! Mantis prawns Mel said?? Well, in chinese they call it 'Har Ko'? =P

The night went on with our chat sessionS, mainly talking about food!! haha...i guess i found a couple of foodie partners already...means, new places to eat..YEAY! Now, that makes me excited thinking of the next food excursion with Arif & Mel...and maybe other new friends?? Maybe yea??...

"Arif & Mel...Thanks for giving me the ride & taking me out for supper. We'll try that nasi lemak *ehem one day when you guys are free ok! Let me know when & this time, i'll take you guys for a ride...see ya soon!!!"
