It was the first time my family and close relatives celebrated CNY here in Pj. It's not a must culture for me to celebrate eventhough im mixed but i like the fact that i get to see and experience the unique differences of the way the chinese & malays celebrate their festivities. Plus, with 2 celebrations, i get to savour different types of food, mixed & get to know different people and during CNY, i get ang pows!! hahahahah...and of course there are other good stuffs that happened these few days also lah.

It was really good to have the 4 days off. I had good 8 - 9 hours of sleep, good rest and the quality time spent with family, aunties, uncles & cousins and also good friends!! We had lots of kuih kapit, chrysanthemum teas, abalone soups, green vegetables, noodles & more kuih kapit!!! This year i wasn't into the mandarin oranges. Luv the colour but no mood eating it. hehehe...
