Terubok, Kembong, Pari, Keli...asam pedas & ulam pun ada! Aaaahhh...hehe

24 Hours Jump @ KL Tower

24 HOURS JUMP

It's already 1.21am on my watch while typing this.

In conjunction with the KL Tower International Jump Malaysia 2009 (KLTIJM 09) held recently, another thrilling event is also happening...now. That's why i'm still up at this wee hours in the morning... =)

Started earlier today (27 Oct) at 9.12am, 24 jumpers jumped during that stated time & continuously jump every hour after that untill the 24 hours end, then we'll see if the target mission is achieved & accomplished...which is to set a new record for BASE Jumpers into the Malaysia Book of Records (MBR) in Malaysia.

We'll get a confirmation on the record, once the event finishes in a few hours time...9.12am today. Once the whole closing ceremony ends around 11ish am later, thus the KLTIJM 09 Tour officially ends today!!!

The long awaited day for me to rest will come soon & i can't wait to just go to bed & get that long hours of sleep without worrying about setting the alarm clock on the hp & waking up early...YES!!! Faster come Friday!!!

I hope to get full recovery from sickness and also my voice back...can't wait to meet up with my girlfriends!! Please get ready for me girls...How i miss you all so so so MUCH!

Who said that a formal event has to be proper and preppy with all the formality and dead boring? and...who said we can't have much fun @ work?

Tan Sri's Farewell @ Megaview, KL Tower
20th August 2009

This was the day where we celebrated Tan Sri's many years of being with TM. The event was held at KL Tower and when i thought that it's going to be all proper and act at your best behavior and all, i was wrong. It was loud, quite happening and memorable for some. Tower lights show, My Malaysia Culture show, performances, food, people, photographs...this was one wild of a corporate partay! Definitely crazy....

Last weekend, i went to Alor Setar & Langkawi, Kedah for a little visit, work and also leisure. It took me by surprise too when i was asked to go there with the whole PR & Event Department team for that 2 days trip. As it was my first ever time being in Kedah, i guess apart from having a new change in celebrating my birthday in a new place with new colleagues, i took the opportunity to spend my fave time with ze Canon! =)

The one thing that i was impressed while on the way back from the super long journey was the Tapah R&R..best giler! I saw cute lighted indie stalls selling fruits and juices, the food stalls served each different kinds of food and u sooo must try the pau!! The Pau was so sedap...haiyo. Making me hungry now..ergh

Apart from that, they also have this..






These shops were staged by the side of a loooong corridor, even before you get to reach the loo. haha..the toilets were so far away! But at least get to cuci mata to see all the shops opened there.

Make sure after going to Ipoh/Kedah/Perlis/Penang, make sure you stop at the Tapah R&R. haha..get that red bean pau! =P

Menara Kuala Lumpur (MKL)

After being with my new job for 3 weeks, here's an overview of what my Mon-Fri looks like every morning!

I start my journey wee hours in the morning, even until i get to see the sunshine through the clouds!

There's one shot of the tower! I took it right after turning into Jalan Raja Chulan after Pudu road. The building with TM logo on it is the Muzium Telekom.

FIREDRILL EXERCISE @ MKL

We had a firedrill exercise to ensure that icons such as this one in KL be prepared for any fire accidents, bombings or even attacks. Scary to even think about it but you never know right? Here's some photos taken by a photographer during the exercise.
