If you wish to savour special cuisine other than the daily offerings we have here in Malaysia, guess what?! Venezuelan Week is back in town! For the 8th consecutive year, there will be a Gastronomic Festival held in Prince Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur from 1 - 8 October 2013 organized exclusively by the Embassy of The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. You can expect to see Chef Tamara Rodriguez showcasing her delectable signature dishes and cuisines made with Venezuelan cocoa. Mmm...!!

Venezuela is not only famous with its Spanish food but also beautiful people, music, dances and its rich in cultures and traditions. Recently, the Embassy of The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has officiated the launch of the 8th edition of the Venezuelan Week celebration held in Prince Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur, which will offer us all the 3-week celebration of Venezuelan's finest arts and cultures!
Music lovers will definitely be in for a treat as the music highlight will be the Nelson Gonzalez’ Trio performance at the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas (DFP) on Wednesday, 2nd October 2013. The one-night-only concert will present the versatile trio led by cuatrista Nelson González accompanied by Julio Morillo on maracas and Angel Torres on the bass, who will bring a repertoire of tunes and rhythms that represent the essence of Venezuelan and Latin American music such as merengue, joropo and waltzes as well as the Latin American magic of the bossa nova, tango, bolero and jazz.
