Part 2: Fotographylicious Excursion Around Singapore!

The day we walked through Haji Lane!

Haji Lane

This place was really cool especially when I love to walk and stroll around. Lots of boutiques, cafes and arts to check out.

Then we found Bar Stories

It's a furniture shop cum cafe on the top floor..really unique, raw & noice!
Yuzu Sorbet, refreshing to the max!

V, Chelle & Marky Boy!

I really liked the rootbeer!

After that relaxing episode, we went to another cafe, well actually, what-we-thought-was-a-cafe, turned out to be a local coffee roaster place, where patrons can sample the coffees before purchasing. Papa Palheta (the coffee roaster) is located somewhere on Bukit Timah Road and the minute we walked into the shop, the coffee aroma filled our nostrils pleasantly. Unfortunately, am not a coffee drinker but seeing my mama and cousins eagerly tasted the coffees of their choices, seemed cool enough. Hehe...it was pleasure and business at the same time! So pro! Go Chelle!!!

We went into this fine dining restaurant & sunk our teeth into yummy dishes, especially the dessert!

For starters: Black Olive Rosemary Flat Bread

Farm Sourthen Blue Fin Tuna

Australian Black Marron, Diver Scallop, Smoked Cured Cod (with aerated potato, snap peas, mud crab essence)

Asparagus Risotto

My absolute favourite...Valrhona Chocolate Soup & Black Pepper Vanilla Ice Cream

Drool Drool!!!

Sentosa Seafood Restaurant

Spicy Singapore Chilli Crab

2 AM Desserts Bar

Last but not least, we ventured through Holland Village and consumed some de-constructed stuffs that were somehow, to me, seemed interesting, weird tastes and very artsy cutesie!

De-constructed Dessert No.1 Basil White Chocolate

De-constructed Dessert No.2
Purple

De-constructed Dessert No.3 Araguani H2O

De-constructed Dessert No.4
Vinegar Chocolate Table

De-constructed Dessert No.5

De-constructed Dessert No.6

As much as I adored tasting new things, I rather stick to my normal plate of awesome dessert such as the newly found Valrhona Chocolate Soup or my normal piece of moist chocolate cake! ;)

So, there you go! 2 long fotography posts. Haaa..satisfied max! This time, we tried, Thai, Italian, Western, Chinese & Japanese cuisines all in all...AWESOME!
