Music is LOVE!!!

Since last year, I've broadened my music knowledge with new genres from different sources. I used to listen to only Ballad/Pop/R&B/Instrumental/Rock/Alternative/Jazz/Oldies and so forth. Just like the fashion industries change according to eras, same goes to the music industries whereby they evolve through the years beautifully. I've learned that there are much more interesting melodies and tunes offered by many bands around the world, especially Indie Bands. They really rock my world with lots of emo and happy songs alike! I learn quirky, awesome genres like Post-Rock, Electro-Pop, Post-Grudge, Trip Hop, Ambient, Indie Pop, Indie Rock, Synthrock, Synthpop, Discotesque and so much more!

Haha...the reason I started yapping about music is because a guest, who recently dropped a line on my chat box had kindly asked if I could share a list of my fave music here. Seems like he/she likes listening to whatever music I've been sharing on the Ipod on the right side of my blog. So, enough of me speaking, I gladly share with ALL OF YOU, the list of songs that makes my life happening!

French Kiss!

Gorgeous Meg Ryan

Have I told you that I adore and love Meg Ryan?
FYI, yes, I really do.

So, yesterday while I was walking around the Rock Corner shop at the Curve, at last...I found the DVD! Yes, French Kiss DVD!!! I've been looking high and low for this film for my keeping and FINALLY, I found it! Yes, you should have seen my happy face when I saw the cursive fonts slanting, facing me which was placed neatly on the shelf. I was ecstatic! In addition to my happiness, not only it's original but it's super cheap!

Ok ok, I'm sure you guys are wondering what's with finding an old film that got me so excited. One thing about me, I love watching movies, be it going to the cinema, watching at my cousin's place or even stay home running it on DVD player. Yes, I'm a movie fan. I think I got that from my father. He walks to the cinema from home ok (which only located about 5-6 mins walk away from home?)...hehe. I would even do that and follow him. Movie fans! haha..

I started collecting original DVDs, only which I find are good films for keeping, since when I was still studying in Perth. Back then, my friends and I organize movie nights to fill our time at home. So, while browsing through the Blockbuster DVD store, I realized there were good films sold at cheap rates. So, that's when I started buying and collecting films that I've watched when I was younger that I really love. So, with these collections, I can watch repeatedly and share with the ones I'm close with in the future! =) Plus, these films can actually refresh me on what's really going on with the story lines as back then, I forget or don't really get it but I knew I enjoyed watching every second of it, especially this one!

Last scene of the film

I tell you, you will fall for this movie and laugh to yourself like I did. I can't help it but to share with you not only the static scenes of my fave scenes but also sourced from Youtube a part of the scenes from the movie. =D

And also, the ending song of the film, La Vie En Rose by Louis Armstrong...Perfect ending!

This is what I would call a quality comedy romantic love story! Haihh...

iNspiration iNcitement!

iNspiration iNcitement! This automatically becomes my other part of daily life posts. My inspirations motivate to boost my efforts in working out my creative mind & handy-skills by encouragement of photos/texts/surroundings/articles/lists, you name it.

Photos by Sandra of 5 inch and up

So, my inspiration started when I stumbled across Sandra, a Finnish girl who owns 5 inch and up blogspot. She's not only creative but also her eclectic fashion styles are awesome!

*Thanks babe, you just made me thought of a wonderful plan for next year's activity...re-arranging my apartment & re-starting to paint again! Now, realliving magazine in my hands, I just need to collect my handy person self up again! =D

I think this will be my resolution for 2011!
