Scenery in Perak

I'm back and it was REALLY good to spend time with not only my family but also cousins, aunties, uncles, nephews, nieces & other relatives for these 5 days end of the year 2008 cuti. I am relaxed and i am sooo looking forward to end this 2008 already. Many things happened and i hope happier things and surprises will come in 2009 for me. Insyallah...

Last Friday, went back to Sitiawan, Perak for a good 3 days and i loved every moment of it. I think of nothing else but being in Sitiawan, the little bungalow, the scenery around me and food!!! haha...other than that, i met up with old friends and was invited for tea with my brother's gf's family at their home. Sweet!!

During the weekends, my family and i went to Teluk Intan for my cousin's wedding reception. We arrived on Saturday morning for the tea ceremony and later that night was the dinner. The whole wedding celebration was very simple and also very loud! hehehe...That's the chinese side of wedding celebration i guess...must be loud?!! YAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM SENGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!! ehehe...

The tea ceremony

During the ceremony, uncles and aunties were seated and the newly weds had to serve teas for respect and in returned, they will be given ang pows and jewelleries! After the elders had done their part, then it was the juniors turn. It turns out that this cousin of mine is the last to be wed before the next younger generation starts...and the eldest amongst the junior cousins is...ME?!!! (Damn, i'm next in line..booooo.......)
